FESE wishes to express its disappointment with the report published by Market Structure Partners on 4^th February, entitled “There’s No Market in Market Data.”

FESE members referred to in this report—namely Deutsche Börse, Euronext, Nasdaq Nordics, and SIX—have identified numerous errors and inconsistencies in the analysis and conclusions, which render it unsuitable as a source of fact-based information.
