FESE, EuropeanIssuers and DG Grow (European Commission) hosted their 4th European Small and Mid-Cap Awards on 17th November. The Awards, which aim to promote best practices and encourage more small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to access capital markets via IPOs, were held at the Albert Hall, Brussels.
This year, a total of 24 companies from 12 European countries were nominated for the four different Award categories: International Star, Rising Star, Star of Innovation and Star of 2016.
Our independent jury supported by the European Commission —consisting of representatives from academia, asset management, brokerage and the media—had the very difficult task of reviewing the applications and agreeing on the winners for each category.
